In the field of semiconductor detection, the lighting method of light box with optical fiber has the characteristics of high uniformity and high brightness, which is easy to get clear and accurate detection images, so it is widely used in the industry.
The visual inspection part of this kind of equipment is composed of a camera, a lens and a light source. Among them, the lens is the most complex, often composed of a set of modules, the lens multiple is large, the accuracy is very high, and may be paired with a prism steering device, and the structure is complex. After a series of combinations, its structure often has the disadvantage of poor light transmission, and the brightness of conventional light source is difficult to meet the detection requirements.
 In order to meet the requirements of detection accuracy and speed, it is necessary to match a very bright light. Early commonly used halogen lamp lighting, halogen light is higher, the spectrum is more complete and continuous, has certain advantages. However, halogen lamps also have shortcomings such as short life, high energy consumption, large heat output, high maintenance costs, and can no longer meet the changing market and modern energy conservation and environmental protection requirements.
The new LED optical fiber light from LOTS can replace the traditional halogen light, LED optical fiber light has a long life (up to 60,000 hours), brightness up to 20 million Lux, environmental protection (in line with RoHS standards), good uniformity (no halo, no bright spots and dark areas); It is a high-quality fiber optic light, the service life is more than 20 times that of imported halogen light, and the power consumption is only 1/10 of halogen light, which can greatly reduce the maintenance cost of the product.

Applications:

Case1:Wafer hole burr inspection
After wafer processing, there may be burrs and residue on the surface to affect the subsequent process. To detect such small holes, it is necessary to cooperate with a high-magnification lens to see fine burrs. After passing through a prism module lens, the light will be weakened a lot. Using a high-brightness fiber light to irradiation, the brightness is satisfied and the burr contrast is obvious.


Case2:Wafer or glass circuit inspection
Such detection products have very small features and require small field of view imaging with lens magnification. Usually, the brightness of the light source is particularly high, and the brightness of the traditional point light is not enough, the brightness of the LED fiber light is met, and the spot is uniform.


Case 3:LED chip circuit inspection
Because the product background has a variety of colors, the use of monochrome light can not meet the diversity of product detection; The use of three-color optical fiber light can adjust the light irradiation of different band colors according to the change of products.
